Start by concentrating cells, bacteria or small particles at the membrane interface. Then choose the consumables, slide-preparation and staining instruments, or digital-review pathway required by microscopy, fluorescence, nucleic-acid or another downstream method.

A centrifugal embedded-adsorption membrane sandwich cup that concentrates targets on the membrane surface for standardised sample preparation.
Membrane workflow consumable
A filtration consumable for sample concentration whose enriched membrane can go directly to microscopy, lysis, PCR or NGS library preparation.

A preferred but non-mandatory centrifugal slide-preparation instrument for the relevant sandwich-cup acid-fast pathway; it is not required by other routes.

A staining instrument that can connect to membrane-enrichment slide preparation; workflow and consumable combinations are confirmed by project.

A semi-automatic scanner that can connect to a cloud-based AI review system as an optional pathway parallel to DM-5A.
