The filtration route provides membrane-surface retention and enrichment, with either automated instrument-based filtration or an instrument-free filtration solution selected for the setting. Downstream microscopy or other analysis interfaces are selected by project.
Product overview
The red filtration device concentrates low-abundance targets from larger sample volumes onto a small membrane surface. The enriched membrane can go directly to microscopy or downstream lysis, PCR amplification or NGS library-preparation workflows without first eluting the target back into liquid, reducing losses from an additional transfer.
